These are the best keto fried chicken thighs! Super crispy and crunchy, just like the real deal. Easy to make and breaded using almond flour and parmesan cheese, these low carb and gluten free chicken bites are fried (not oven baked) in vegetable oil. I use thighs; you can also use boneless tenders, wings, or legs.
